Five hand exercises you can do WITHOUT equipment

Have you ever wanted to exercise your hands but not quite known where to start?? πŸ€”

Lucky for you, today I am sharing with you 5 hand exercises you can do WITHOUT equipment.

Perfect for those with chronic hand pain, these simple but powerful exercises can decrease your pain, improve your motion, and pump out extra inflammation in your hands πŸŽ‰

(Make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom for a free pdf version of this exercise sequence πŸ’›)

Now before you get started, I have some sage advice for you. ESPECIALLY if you’ve had hand pain for *quite some time*...

START SLOW

πŸ‘‰ Avoid quick movements. Really slow it down and focus on the movement and doing it with good form.

START LOW

πŸ‘‰β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹ Start with just 1 or 2 you really like. 5-10 reps, one to three times a day. Once you've mastered those, you can add more in. This keeps you from hand exercise burnout!

HABIT STACK

πŸ‘‰β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹  One of my best tips for improving consistency when building these into your routines is to try to associate something you do every day (ummmmm Netflix anyone??) with doing your exercises.

OK! Are you ready??? Get your hands moving with me! πŸ’›

If you’d like to have these exercises in a pdf form (or maybe the images didn't work on your computer), I’ve got you covered πŸ˜
